How to maintain the awnings?

If you don’t keep the awning cleaned regularly the following things happen:

1. Pollution / sap / weather become ingrained in the fabric. This is then hard / impossible to remove.
2. Bird mess will permanently stain the fabric if left for more than a few days.
3. A dirty awning can ruin the reputation of the restaurant / shop / bar.

A clean outside encourages customers inside. A dirty outside turns them away!
